  Job Title: IT / Tech Support Engineer Location: Gurgaon - Haryana Department: Technology Reporting To: Head - Technology Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT / Tech Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, infrastructure upkeep, and system maintenance across the organization. In addition to providing technical support, the candidate should possess strong knowledge of vendor management and service maintenance, ensuring smooth operations of IT services and timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end IT support to employees across various functions and departments.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, networks, laptops/desktops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Handle setup, configuration, and support for CRM & Dialler systems, firewalls, routers, and related IT tools.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), warranty claims, and timely service delivery.
  • Ensure proper installation, configuration, and monitoring of IT security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
  • Maintain system documentation, asset inventory, and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
  • Support software and hardware upgrades, patches, and updates.
  • Assist in database management tasks, including basic SQL queries and reporting.
  • Provide support for cloud-based applications, email systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure planning and contribute to process improvements.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of IT support processes, troubleshooting, and system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, Dialer Systems, Firewalls, Routers, and Networking Protocols.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, contract handling, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Basic coding / scripting knowledge in SQL, Python, or other languages for reporting and automation.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in IT / Technical Support role.
